• Feral + Anthro Couples• • •• • • PERMISSIONS • • •• After receiving your art piece(s) you're free to post it whenever you'd like to as long as you give the artist proper credits for the creation of the art piece(s). Proper credits such as stating Artist name (LightGem or LightGem Art) and/or providing artist's links (https://linktr.ee/LightGem).• The commissioned artwork(s) are for personal use only. Do not use it for commercial purposes.You have artist permissions to:• Do mild edits on your piece (such as color tweaks and changing small details) as long as it does not harm the piece's overall quality and style, keeping the artist's credits plus who edited it. If doing this please keep the original unnedited file acessible and visible as well.• Use the art piece(s) in other art projects, such as adding the commissioned piece into another (examples: including the art piece into a framework in another artwork; or animating/tweening said piece(s).) as long as it does not harm the piece's overall quality and style, keeping the artist's credits plus who edited or worked on the other art projects.You do not have permission to remove artist's signature.You do not have permission to use AI in any shape or form in our artwork nor use it to feed any kind of generative IA.

• • • TERMS and CONDITIONS • • •By commissioning our work you are:• Declaring you have read and agreed with this Terms and Conditions;• Declaring yourself as an adult (18+) who's paying for the art piece(s) with your own money/card, and has responsibilities over the piece(s) content;• Allowing us to use the art piece(s) done in our online galleries;• Aware that we don't work with refunds unless the artist can not work in the art piece(s) for any reason.• • • PROCESS • • •• When the artists opens its commissions a form will be available to be filled up, be sure to clearly state your ideas, otherwise it will be taken as artistic freedom;• If your commission is accepted, your name will go to the Waiting List and you will receive a message on your Discord/ToyHouse. Please check if all information in your invoice is correct before paying it.• Payment must be sent within 10 days, otherwise the order will be canceled;• Once payment is confirmed your name will go to Confirmed Slots | Queue. Please note that the sooner you pay the invoice, the higher in the queue you'll be and your commission will be started quicker.• Turn around time to finish each piece is about one day to one week depending on its complexity;• WIPs/step by step previews will be sent for you to evaluate it; major changes can be made during sketch phase while mild changes can be made during lineart phase, and during coloring/painting phase you can only ask for color changes, otherwise additional fees will be charged;• If a change/adjustment is requested, be sure to state everything you want to be changed, so the artist can perform the changes requested and, if approved, can go to the next step. If you don't have time to give clear and proper feedback when requested, please state that so the artist can work on other Commissions while waiting for your feedback;• Once your piece is completely approved and finished, all the files will be sent to your email.• • • FILES • • •You will Receive:• Full Resolution PNG File. 300dpi, size may vary depending on the order;• Small Version PNG File. Usually around 1500x1500, 300dpi, size may vary on depending on the order.If Required:• Pagedolls, Icons and Process Gifs;• Alternative versions of same piece ordered can be required, price on it will vary depending on the order.
